It is specified in advance that these terms exclusively govern sales made through the BiooLabs website.

These terms apply to consumers with full legal capacity and apply to all orders placed on this website.

BiooLabs is not the manufacturer of the products sold. The characteristics presented (photos, descriptions, etc.) are based on information provided by the supplier. However, BiooLabs respects current quality and manufacturing standards.

Section 1 – Steps Required to Conclude the Online Contract

Order

You make your selection by browsing the pages of our website. Your selections are added to your cart when you click “Add to cart”. At any time, you may validate your order by clicking “Checkout”.

Contract Validation

When you click “Checkout”, a confirmation message appears summarising all selected products and options. On this page, you may update your cart or proceed by checking the box “I accept the GTCS” and “Secure payment”.

You must verify all information provided, particularly delivery details (delivery address, access codes, phone numbers, etc.). You may save your details by selecting “Save my details for next time”.

If no changes are required, click “Continue to shipping method”, then “Continue to payment method”, and finally “Place my order”.

After payment on our secure server, an order confirmation will appear and a confirmation email will be sent.

In case of product availability risk, we reserve the right to refuse orders exceeding 100 units of the same product.

Section 2 – Contract Archiving and Access

Contracts, purchase orders and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium.

You may request access to these documents for orders of €120 or more.

Section 3 – Legal and Contractual Warranties

Legal Warranties

In accordance with applicable laws, we will refund, repair or replace any product that is defective, damaged or does not correspond to your order. Return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of proof (photo, video, etc.).

Liability

We ensure proper execution of these terms. However, liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure, unforeseeable acts of third parties, or non-compliance with foreign legislation in the event of delivery outside Switzerland.

Section 4 – Delivery Times, Costs and Terms

Delivery Terms

Products are delivered to the address provided in the order form.

Delivery Time

Delivery occurs no later than the date indicated in the order confirmation (17–21 business days).

Delays will be communicated by email and a new delivery date proposed.

If a product is unavailable, we will propose an equivalent product.

We also offer “Order Notification” services with real-time updates (average: one notification every two days).

Section 5 – Price

Prices are displayed in CHF, inclusive of all taxes.

Customers must verify import or usage restrictions in the destination country.

Section 6 – Payment Methods and Security

Payment is charged upon shipment, unless otherwise stated.

Payment Methods

Payments may be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other cards through secure Stripe servers. No banking data is stored on our servers.

Security

Payments are secured via SSL encryption. Credit card data is not stored.

Section 7 – Satisfaction or Refund: Right of Withdrawal

Within 14 days of receipt, customers may exercise their right of withdrawal without justification. Return costs remain the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued within 30 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or unsealed digital media.

Section 8 – Contract Duration and Price Validity

Products remain the property of BiooLabs until full payment is received via PayPal or Stripe.

Offers are valid while displayed on the website and subject to stock availability.

Section 9 – Applicable Law / Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Swiss courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Section 12 – Supplier & Owner Agreement

The supplier and online store owner are each referred to as a “party”.

The supplier manufactures and supplies products.

The store owner operates websites facilitating product purchase and payment.

The parties implement a direct delivery cooperation (dropshipping). The store owner does not hold inventory and transfers orders to the supplier.

The store owner acts as intermediary and customer representative, handling payment and returns.
